Welcome back to the results of the Ultimate Cocktail Challenge 2012, with this week’s installment focusing on classic gin cocktails. The Chairman’s Trophy winners proved just how delicious they could be in the Aviation, the Dry Martini and the Negroni. Check out more about the winners here!

Recipe: The Aviation

2 oz. Gin/Genever
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1 Tsp. Crème de Violette

Shake with ice and strain into chilled coupe. No garnish.
