It seems everyone has a reason to celebrate these days: weddings, births, graduations, communions, housewarmings - the list goes on! Whatever your cause, it seems only right to have some bottles of bubbly close at hand. Nothing says party quite like the popping cork of Champagne, does it?

Blackberry Champagne Cocktail
3/4 oz. blackberry simple syrup1-1.5 oz. gin (depending on how strong Mom likes her drinks)
Sparkling wine
Fresh blackberries for garnish

3/4 cup Gold Rum1/2 cup Caravella Orangecello
1 bottle Champagne
2/3 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/3 cup Superfine Sugar
1/4 cup Mango Juice

Del Posto's Blood Orange Bellini
6 oz. Prosecco1 1/2 oz. blood orange puree
Combine and serve in a champagne flute
Malibu Sparkler
1 oz. Malibu Rum1 oz. Ruby red grapefruit juice
Dash of grenadine syrup

French Revolution
In a mixing glass with ice combine:1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Framboise
strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Kir Royale
In a champagne glass pour:1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis
Fill with Champagne
Stir gently.
St-Honoré 75
Courtesy St-Germain1 part St-Germain
¼ part freshly squeezed lemon juice
Top with Champagne
Pour first two ingredients into chilled fluted glass.
