Milliner
All GREAT cocktails! But allow me to propose a new twist on the venerable Black Velvet: half champagne, half stout (a good rich stout like Rasputin) & add a healthy dollop of Green Chartreuse as a floater. Call it a Kimba! Guaranteed a Happy New Year from Kim Milliner!

Maraschino cherry makes for great holiday color.
I took the stale/unloved ones from Christmas Eve--diced 'em up and tossed them in a quality, smoked chile powder--then mixed them with chopped cilantro/herbs, for a visually stunning Xmas Day garnish!
