Brooklyn, NY
Among house cocktails like the "Release the Kraken" (Kraken rum, Lime, Ginger beer), you'll find three "boozy shakes," including an espresso-powder-laced white russian.
Ted's Bulletin
Washington, DC
This cozy New American joint goes so far as to have a shaketender who will pull an ice cream-based grasshopper, tequila sunrise, or a Bailey's caramel macchiato for you.
BLT Burger
New York & Las Vegas
Signature shakes include Grandma's Treat (vanilla ice cream + Maker's Mark and caramel), and the Night Rider, a blend of Kahlua, chocolate liqueur, Oreo cookies and chocolate ice cream.
BLD
Los Angeles, CA
To snag a milkshake at BLD, you'll have to mark your calendar; Mariah's Milkshake Madness happens on the last Sunday of every month at 5 P.M. Why should you bother? Two words: Milkshake. Flights. Milkshake Madness nights hold the promise of such concoctions as Chocolate Oatmeal Stout (with Jack Daniels or Makers Mark), Chocolate Sorbet Coffee (with Kahlua), and Dulce de Leche (with Sauza or Don Julio Tequila).
Bar Burgers @ Bourbon Steak
Miami, FL
Head to Bourbon Steak but stay in the lounge, where you'll find a burger menu, and an option for the Bourbon Malted, a mixture of Jim Beam and salty caramel.
Twisted Root Burger Co.
Dallas, TX
Start with an ostrich burger. Finish with the Amaretto-Oreo shake, or a thick, sticky mix of bananas and Bailey's.

At Barclay Prime in Philadelphia, they are doing a "Farmer's Float"; Bell's Cherry Stout over their housemade maraschino ice cream. Delicious, but seasonal!

Do you have a recipe for the infamous Hummer originated by Bay View Yacht Club, Detroit, MI?

How about a smoothie with DUET after-dinner sherry? Sonoma Valley Portworks has blended this hazelnut-infused sherry into vanilla ice cream and half-and-half for a wonderful summer treat.

My FAVORITE Chocolate Martini - Ultra premium Chocolate Gelato shaken with Vodka and ice. Strain and enjoy!

I hate to criticize, but when you're hiding 2 tbsp of Cremes de Anything in 2.5 cups of cream ... is it really a cocktail? Why not exploit the gorgeous sympathy of bourbon and vanilla, as Bourbon Steak seems to be doing? Test the structure of that frozen fat! This recipe seems a better fit for the forthcoming "Betty Crocker: the Naughtier Side."

This kind of drinks are kinda blasphemy... hey forget about drinking responsible - just put some booze in a milkshake.
Besides of this, usually drinks are far more superior, if you omit egg based ice cream and substitute this with cream, milk and the respective aroma carrier [molten chocolate, fresh fruits, etc].
