Super Bowl Drink Off
Next Sunday, crowds around the country will gather to watch the New York Giants and New England Patriots face off for Super Bowl 46.
In honor of the game, we’re stretching the classic rivalry to include more: a battle of the drinking towns, NYC vs. Boston. The cities will face off in a head-to-head fight sectioned into four categories including city-themed cocktails, nearby beer breweries, TV bars with local roots, and alcohol-serving stadium concession stands.
We’ll see if the teams’ locales are a true predictor of their potential success come next weekend. Will it be beer guzzling Beantown? Or the cocktail swigging Big Apple? There is no way to know the pig skin results until game day, but at least for now we can crown the winner of a Super Bowl Drink Off.
