As you may or may not have picked up on at this point, I am a huge brown spirits drinker. If there was a matchup between vodka or gin and whiskey or Scotch, the latter would win out every time. As the weather gets chillier and the holidays approach, now is the best time to pull out your favorite bottle of whiskey and let that spicy and smoky liquid warm you up.
One of my favorite whiskies to drink all year round, but especially around the holidays, is Wild Turkey. I find it to be one of the better whiskies out there, with a really interesting and complex flavor profile that makes it an easy spirit to mix into cocktails.

With an All American whiskey such as Wild Turkey, why the metric measurements? Alter all this is an US Holiday and ounce is still the standard for us. David in FL

@gilroy American Honey is the liqueur that is made from Wild Turkey! It's fantastic, I highly recommend buying a bottle for yourself and trying it out!
