Alpine Cake Martini
- 1 ½ oz VSOP Cognac
- 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- 2/3 oz Light Cream
- ½ oz Disaronno Amaretto
- 1 dash Vanilla Extract
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Dust with cinnamon powder and serve.
In my country there's a dessert called "Torta Alpina" (Alpine Cake) .That's similar in taste without the alcohol , obviously... Made by Walter Platta - Buenos Aires - Argentina.
