Preparation

In a Boston glass mash the basil almost to a paste. Add the lime and sugar and muddle well. Add the Sagatiba Pura and cubed ice. Shake HARD! Double strain in to a rocks glass full of fresh cubed ice. Garnish with a basil sprig.

This cocktail is an adaptation of the Gin Basil Smash from Le Lion Rotterdam.
