Ingredients
- ¾ glass Ice
- 1 ½ oz Rum
- 1 ½ oz Coconut Water
- 1 ½ oz Coconut Milk
- 1 oz Grenadine Syrup
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth pour into a chilled glass. Preferably made in a tall highball glass. Garnish with shaved coconut and cherry.
Description
I discovered this drink while on my honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I also make it by the pitcher and adjust the level of rum to suit your needs. It tastes like a coconut and strawberry milkshake. Very nice on a hot day.
