• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• ¾ cup Heavy Cream
• ½ cup Water
• 2 tbsp Hazelnut Liqueur
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• ½ tsp Lemon Juice
• ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 6 Eggs
