Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Remy Martin Cognac
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- Sparkling Wine
- 1 drop Water
- 4 Grapes
Preparation
In the bottom of a bar glass, muddle the red seedless grapes, then add Rémy Martin V, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, then stir in the crushed peels of the grapes. Top with sparkling wine, and add one drop or spritz of rose water.
