Ingredients
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 twist of Lemon Peel
Preparation
I shake thoroughly with spring water ice and strain into martini glasses that have been "chilling" in our freezer (set to -2 degree F). I'm sure a coupe glass would work fine as well. The aromaticity of the Chambord should be exploited, I think.
Description
This is certainly sweeter than the 1.5/0.25/0.25 ratio of vodka/pineapple juice/chambord, but I think it's preferable and probably has more wide appeal. It's neither too sweet nor does it have the characteristics of a typical "girly" drink.
