Combine Pu-erh tea and ginger syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into highball glass, filled with plenty of ice. Top with moscato and garnish with candied ginger.


From Jeff Bartls, Devi (care of Tasting Table). Be sure to use Pu-erh tea and moscato (or something else sweet) or this won't taste as good.
