Pinneapple Mezcalita

Ingredients

• 2 oz Mezcal
• Pineapple
• 1 piece Jalapeno Pepper
• 4 leaves of Cilantro
• oz Lime Juice
• oz Agave Nectar
• Spice Mix

Preparation

Rim a lowball glass with the spice mix or salt. In a shaker, muddle the pineapple, jalapeño and cilantro. Add the Mezcal and lime juice and fill with ice. Shake. Strain into the rimmed glass and serve on the rocks with a lime wedge.
