- 1 oz Lime
- 1 oz Sugar
- ¼ oz Egg Whites
Preparation
4 cubes of ice 3 drops of angostura bitters on top Place ingredients in a shaker in the following order: Pisco, Lime juice, Sugar syrup, egg whites, ice. Shak for 8 to 12 seconds.
