Ingredients
- 1 glass Ice
- 6 oz Tea
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz Vodka
- ½ oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1 piece Crystallized Ginger
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake together Pu-erh tea, ginger syrup, vodka and brandy. Strain into ice filled glass and pour ginger liqueur in. Garnish with crystalized ginger and serve.
Description
Tried making Ginger T'Ail at a party and realized too late I didn't have moscato, so needed to improvise. BE SURE TO USE Pu-erh tea, it won't taste the same without that tea's distinctive smokiness.
