Cocktail glass
Ingredients
Preparation
Put a martini glass in the freezer. Then pour the bourbon and ramazzotti into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, and pour into the chilled mixture into the cocktail glass. Garnish with nothing because you're a man, dammit.
Description
I wanted to create a Manhattan that was easy to make (ie, few ingredients) but had a semi-sweet and complex flavor. Enter the Ramazzotti Amaro - an Italian aperitif that has notes of orange, black liquorish, and a whole bunch of other stuff that's beyond my palate but alltogether kinda bitter and badass. The result is the Man's Manhattan. Comments welcome.
