The Rinsky, born only months ago on Manhattan's Lower East Side, has quickly gained notoriety as a working mans drink - a cocktail for any economy. It is traditionally made with Seagram's seven and Dr. Browns Cream soda. Named for inventor and soon-to-be-successful author E.Z. Rinsky, the Rinsky is a glass of fresh air in the cliched and oft overlooked field of booze/soda drinks. "It's like I'm drinking liquid gold."
